-In the following referred as Beio-Asia or seller

 

 

1. Scope of Application

 

a) These terms and conditions are based on the service of the company website www.beioasia.com.

 

b) deviating from these terms and conditions or additional agreements must be in written, with a confirmation of the seller by email.

 

 

2. Contract

 

All prices provided with the article on the website www.beioasia.com are not binding and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense.

 

The contract is concluded by the confirmed order list and goods sent from the seller to the customer on delivery. 

 

 

3. Prices and shipping costs

 

a) The prices valid at the time of confirmation of the order by Beio-Asia.

 

b) Prices of Fresh Vegetables are provided on a basis of per quantity, not per kilogram.

 

c) All prices are inclusive of the prevailing Finnish VAT. This also applies to deliveries to other EU countries.

 

d) The customer has to bear the shipping costs of the goods ordered by the time of the order if the total purchase is less than 25 euro, or when a customer choose any delivery methods other than personal pick-up.

 

 

4. Payment and delivery

 

a) The delivery of the ordered goods can be processed before payment by the customer, but an extra fee(3€) would be charged per delivery.

 

b) The purchase price shall be paid by the customer upon confirmation of the order by the seller before delivery. And, a customer has to provide the proof of the payment transaction to Beio-Asia by email. When the good is received, the customer should finish the payment.

 

c）For all vegetables, payment can be done on delivery.

 

d) Since the seller is with food and fresh vegetables, they wait from the date of confirmation of the order by the customer up to 2 calendar days to the receipt of payment or deposit.

 

e) Deliveries are made to the customer's delivery address. The customer expressly agrees to these provisions shall be fully and accurately.

 

f) For door-to-door delivery, Beio-Asia fix every weekend as the normal delivery day, which is free when a customer purchase at least 25 euro. But in urgent request, a customer has to pay for the cost of delivery. 

 

g) For personal pick-up, Beio-Asia will contact a customer as soon as possible after received the payment proof of the purchase or deposit by email.

 

h) The customer assures that it is of legal age.

 

i) If the goods are dispatched by the Seller only in partial deliveries, Beio-Asia will immediately notify the customer as soon as possible in the delivery confirmation.

 

j) If the customer defaults on acceptance or culpably violates other obligations, Beio-Asia is entitled to demand compensation for damage resulting from it, including any additional expenses. The assertion of further claims is reserved.

 

 

5. Cancellation conditions

 

The buyer can withdraw an order before delivery, or the latest, the time when a buyer receive the goods, with a notification to Beio-Asia, either by email, telephone or face-to-face. 

 

By the customer in case of withdrawal, payments will be made within 2 business days by wire transfer to an account specified by the buyer on the withdrawal of an order or the receipt of returned goods.

 

 

6. Warranty

 

a) Beio-Asia is not liable for the package description of any good at our website www.beioasia.com. Package might be different on a basis of the producer. But, we will update the information of a good as soon as possible on our website.

 

b) We are responsible for the goods shipped according to the order made by the customer, based on product items and quantity ordered. The right to substitute delivery is for exceeding the time limit for keeping and with a deviation of ordered product. The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for compliance with the order and for defects.

 

c) Otherwise, the seller is liable only for lack of a guaranteed property, in case of intent and gross negligence.

 

 

7. Privacy Policy

 

Personal data are only collected as you provide it in the context of your order. Beio-Asia use the information without your express permission, solely for the purpose of processing your order. With completion of the contract and full payment, your data will not be used until we receive you order again.

 

A transfer of your data is in keeping with the shipping company, to the extent as may be necessary to deliver the goods. For payment we pass on your payment information to the responsible bank.

 

A customer has a right to free information about your stored data, and the right to correct, block or delete this data.

 

 

8. Use of Cookies

 

On several pages, we use cookies to make visiting our site and to enable the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. Most of our use of cookies after the browser session is deleted from your hard drive (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and allow us to recognize your computer when you next visit (so-called persistent cookies). These cookies are used to greeting with your username and password or to fill out forms with your data. Our partner companies are not allowed to collect personal data on our website by using cookies.
